To ensure that the offices are clean at all times and to assist with other duties as requested by your superiors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Clean all offices including open office areas, reception areas, restrooms, kitchens, pantries, etc.
Wash wares and kitchen towels.
Ensure that the kitchen is properly stocked at all times and all items needed to clean the office are purchased.
Ensure that the rest rooms and toilets are properly stocked with Soap, paper towels, toilet paper and deodorizer refilled and that such items are re-ordered as necessary.
Serve refreshments as requested by management.
Any other task which your Manager may assign to you from time to time in order to discharge the purpose of the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
