Progressive opportunity to work with a leading team of Investment Managers. Assist the team with managing portfolio investments and client administration.

Job Description – Investment Analysts Investment Management Unit

  1. Structure and prepare the marketing material for client investment portfolios.
  2. Assist Head, Investment Management in managing portfolio risk and recommend portfolio re-balancing.
  3. Assist with pricing of investment securities.
  4. Assist with generating and maintaining cashflow schedules for investment securities.
  5. Provide weekly market intelligence on local and international markets.
  6. Prepare committee meeting documents supported by relevant investment research for the Investment Committee.
  7. Onboarding clients and assisting the sales teams to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations/laws on client-company relationship.
  8. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure active implementation of client relationship objectives during sales operations.
  9. Establish client relationship targets as well as the strategies necessary for actualizing set goals.
  10. Analyze industry trends to identify developments in client relations and adjust accordingly.
  11. Conduct surveys and analyze to identify client opinion of investment products or service.
  12. Develop and implement action plans to improve company-client relationship.
  13. Maintain contact with clients through calls, emails, and arranged meetings to update them on product offers and ensure they are satisfied with received product/service.
  14. Assist clients in selecting choice products, managing budgets, and arranging personal conditions for purchase of products.
  15. Carry out analysis to identify opportunities for expanding customer base and improving sales.
  16. Assist with preparing training programs for client relationship staff to improve their job knowledge and enhance their skills.
  17. Assist in addressing client complaints as well as resolving issues or challenges with received product.
  18. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of client relations by studying relevant publications and attending educational programs.
  19. Any additional duties as required by the Head, Investment Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. University undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
  2. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position within the financial services industry.

 REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  1. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  3. Working knowledge of office equipment.
  4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to demonstrate tact, confidentiality, and professionalism in the execution of duties.
