Implementation Developer: Troubleshoot issues, support solutions, & collaborate across teams to manage projects, mitigate risks & ensure data migrations. Analyze requirements, design custom solutions & optimize software performance. Problem-solving & collaborative skills a must!

The Role

The Implementation Developer role bridges the gap between development and deployment. You'll troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth operation of implemented solutions, and collaborate extensively to manage projects, identify risks, and oversee data migrations. Your technical expertise will be utilized in developing web APIs, conducting code reviews, and optimizing software performance, while also working with various teams to design and implement custom solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide fixes in a timely manner.

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for implemented solutions.

  • Identify potential risks and work with project and product teams to develop mitigation strategies.

  • Support the execution of Operational Qualification scripts (OQs) and Data Migrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers.

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication with the Project Manager to prioritize tasks and address any blockers or urgent issues.

  • Carry out data fixes and data changes in the database on customer request or as part of issue resolution.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide a detailed description of the root cause to the project team.

  • Utilize JIRA for managing tickets, providing resolutions, and updating project statuses.

  • Provide continuous updates to the project teams on the progress of development, issue investigations, and issue resolution.

  • Interact with the team lead on day-to-day development tasks, updating in accordance with Agile methodology.

  • Develop Web APIs/Services and conduct unit testing.

  • Review software-related details and work to improve performance if required.

  • Highlight potential issues or non-conformances to the quality department.

  • Conduct code reviews and identify impacts on code fixes.

  • Analyze the requirements pertaining to the development of custom solutions (e.g. custom integrations/interfaces).

  • Provide requirements feasibility assessment and effort estimates to the project team.

  • Work with Technical Analysts and/or customers to develop custom solutions (i.e., custom integrations, data change console applications).

  • Write technical design documents detailing custom development work.

  • Assess the impact of custom solutions / data changes or data fixes.



Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • Education: BTech/MCA/M.Tech

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years


Assets to the Role:

  • C# .Net, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript and Entity Framework 

  • WCF / WebApi Service & Configuration

  • Problem Solving and Coding (C#) - (Including Design Patterns)

  • Data Structures and Algorithms

  • System Design – High level & Low-level design - (Technical Documentation)

  • IIS 7.0/8.0 Build and Publish and Logs verification. 

  • Proficiency in using JIRA for managing tickets, providing resolutions, and updating project statuses.

  • Experience in product development.

  • Commitment to upgrading the product with new modules.
