IT Support Tech

IT Support Tech 3 years experience in ICT in a similar Capacity First Degree or relevant certifications in IT/MIS or related area.

Good Working Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft O365
• Microsoft Azure
• VMWare/Hyper V
• SQL Database Management

Capable of the following:

• Windows Server Configuration
• Firewall management, configuration, and maintenance
• Configuration of LANs, WANs, & VPNs

Proficient is troubleshooting Hardware issues and basic PC & Printer configuration, as well as being able to execute simple repairs.

Knowledge of Avaya IP Office and PBX would be an asset.
