The Hospitality Trainer is responsible for designing and implementing training programs to positively impact the service delivery of the food and beverage departments as well as all other customer facing departments of VIP Attractions Ltd.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct training needs analysis to inform development and revision of training programs.
· Plan, organize and deliver technical skills training sessions as required.
· Develop and organize curriculums that facilitate practical and theoretical training of hospitality team members.
· Keep up to date with developments in training by networking, attending meetings and identifying regular courses and programs to enhance skills.
· Liaison with leaders to create and deliver SOP trainings to all departments.
· Provide general assistance with coordinating Human Resource activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Associates degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
· HEART Level 4 Certification in Training.
· Minimum of 2 years training experience in the hospitality industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience with LMS Portals (an asset).
· Experience using Canva or any other online platform.
