Conduent is now hiring Healthcare Associates to work at the Portmore location to start in October batch. Interested candidates must have all the requirements listed.
We accept Heart Level II in Customer Service or High School Leaving Certificate. We accept City & Guilds Mathematics & English (lvl 1 to 3) with a High School Leaving Certificate or 3 City & Guilds Subjects must include English.

- Proof of Qualification ( minimum secondary school leaving certificate or HEART level 2 certificate or 3 CXC subjects including English Language)
- City & Guilds Mathematics and English (level 1 to level 3) with a High School Leaving Certificate/ Heart Level 2 or additional CXC subject is accepted
- 3 City & Guilds subjects including English
- Birth certificate
- 6 months- 1 year experience in BPO industry ( Healthcare sector is a plus)
- Must be able to work ONSITE at our Portmore location
- Experience working on a Voice account
- Flexibility to work any 5 days of the week including weekends and Jamaican public holidays
- BPO experience required
- Must reside in St Catherine
- Typing speed required 20Wwpm
- Must have all the original documents required.
