JOB SUMMARY:
The person in this role will serve as the point of contact for escalations pertaining to complex HR issues from partners, employees, HR, and key stakeholders. This person will execute the end-to-end process for multiple HR requests, including but not limited to, Gift and Rewards programs, employes records, benefits election, etc, monitoring status of requests, sending communications, generating/updating reports and entering information into systems and assisting with quality audits for team deliverables. .
