The incumbent is responsible for the management of leave for all CGA Employees/ workers, as well as, providing comprehensive support to the Human Resource Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Leave Management of all employees (Weekly/Monthly – reconciliation, tracking, logging, verification)
Prepares and submits all payroll related documents (removal slips, salary adjustment, outstanding payment, vacation payment, etc.)
Assist with drafting of all HR related documents/letters (warning, letter of advice, suspension, job letters, confirmation, extension, promotion, employment contracts, etc.);
Responsible for managing and updating of Human Resource databases/Googlesheets
Assist with the managing of the Temporary Log and weekly rosters (verification of Temporary Workers – Engineering, Production, Warehouse and Facilities)
Assist in handling of employee grievances and dealing with employee requests;
Conduct Staff Training on HR related Policies and Procedures.
Assist in handling union related matters and attending union meetings
Assist in the coordination of the Recruitment & Selection process; (shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and completion of reference checks)
Scheduling HR activities such as meetings, arrangements, team building and recognition events/ functions;
Collecting data and creating monthly reports such as Late comers, Tardiness and Absenteeism; (Ops Business Unit)
Assist with the creation and implementation of HR Strategic Projects
Assist in the creation and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures;
Undergo any job-related training required by the company;
Act as an alternate for the SHRO/HRO;
Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as required by the Department;
Conforms to all established departmental & company policies, procedures & objectives, GMPs, PPE, HACCP, food safety & HSE site protocols.
