What will your typical day look like?
As the Assistant Manager in the Growth team, you’ll implement marketing programs, forge partnerships and manage communication channels to support the firm’s business development goals. This includes keeping up to date with industry trends to propose and explore growth opportunities that enhance the eminence of the firm.  As an innovative and creative professional, you will produce marketing collateral and manage the communication plan for traditional and digital channels, ensuring compliance with Deloitte’s brand guidelines. You will exhibit a high degree of professionalism and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to elevate the firm’s brand and presence in the local market.
About the team
You will join our Growth team. Our Growth team develops marketing strategies to support client insights, business development, client targeting, and new business collaboration. 
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in marketing, communications and business development preferably within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience with social media content creation, design, and management. 
  • Excellent networking, project management and event planning skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
