We are searching for a person with electrical/ plumbing background who wants to develop experience in applications where using chemical and physical processes we recover water to be used again.

Overview:  We are an Engineering Company who develops Maintenance services on the North Coast of Jamaica for the Hospitality Industry.  One of our duties is to run a Grey Water Plant as an environmentally friendly process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carries out preventive maintenance checks, inspections and repairs on mechanical plants and equipment.
• Monitoring the process and maintain clean tanks and tammy. Add the chemicals requested when needed
• Log the parameters requested as a part of control of the Production Plant  
• Do pH and Chlorine tests to ensure all the process is under control
• Carries out basic electrical/ plumbing functions required for breakdowns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' working experience in plumbing/ electrical area
• Diploma on any of the Maintenance specialities described or equivalent
• Available to work in rotation week shifts: one long week (7 days Monday to Sunday) alternating with one short week (Day off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday to Friday, Day off Saturday and Sunday) Shift 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Minimum qualification of three (3) CXC/CSEC passes
• Previous experience as a Pool Maintenance is a most
