 For the post of Gas Station Supervisor, we seek individuals with positive and effective leadership, communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing day to day operations on assigned shifts, including receival of fuel, supervising employees and administrative tasks,
• Setting the standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance and overall profitability,
• Motivating staff through ‘leading by example’,
• Coaching/mentoring and providing ongoing constructive feedback to staff,
• Overseeing the staff to maintain outstanding location appeal and performance
• Any other duties assigned are consistent with the scope of responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements        

• 1-2 Years experience in a similar role
• Competency in systematically eliciting the best efforts & results from staff,
• Applicant should reside in Kingston or its environs,
• Problem-solving skills consistent with the ability to identify critical issues from a broad range of alternatives and recommend optimal solutions for various situations,
• skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
