French-Speaking Representative

French speaking representative, Turissimo DMC for the Negril area

NATURE OF POSITION:

To offer excellent customer service to both French and English speaking customers in hotels to achieve the excursion sales target per month. We are seeking a hotel representative to fulfill the needs as required by both clients and supervisory team. The position is for the area of Negril. Representatives are asked to work in various hotels, the person required should be very flexible and adaptable. The position will include but is not limited to

MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a Transat Ambassador in the destination.
• Inform guest in French and English of things to do and see in Jamaica.
• Establish good contacts with different hotel departments and continue to maintain professional relationships throughout the year.
• Offer good customer service, be available according to planned schedule, be courteous and promote sales of excursions for Turissimo.

 EXIGENCES / QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES:

  • Très habiles en communications
  • Capable d’écrire en français et en anglais
  • Pas avoir de dossier judiciaire
  • Avoir une voiture est un plus
  • Flexibilité d’horaire
