Job Title: Finance Officer

Company: Tyre Warehouse Automotive - Exclusive Jetour Distributor and Dealer for Jamaica

Reporting To:  The Sales Manager primarily and secondarily to the General Manager

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Dealership Client Relationship:
  • Advise clients of the processes involved in the acquisition of Jetour motor vehicles, including financing where applicable.
  • Assist clients in preparing and completing documents required for both the financing and acquisition of Jetour motor vehicles.
  • Maintain timely and appropriate contact with clients throughout the acquisition process until completed. 
• Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Sales Executives within the Dealership to ensure the clients are guided along the processes involved in acquiring financing for vehicles being acquired.
  • Serve as a dedicated information resource for Jetour sales team, providing timely support and guidance.
• Dealership Support:
  • Assisting the accounting team to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across the organization.
  • Proactively gather information from clients, financial and other third-party providers as well as sales executives to ensure the quickest and most seamless client—motor vehicle acquisition experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years in the banking sector or new motor vehicle dealership.
• Proven ability to work as a part of a team and to multi-task.
