Job Summary

Kris An Charles Investments Co. Ltd. has been Jamaica’s premier micro finance company since 1992 and operates twelve branches island-wide. We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Officer who is  highly motivated, self-driven, and resourceful. The incumbent, accountable to the General Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of leased and owned commercial and residential properties and equipment of the Company and its Directors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• First Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
• Knowledge of building construction, maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing and carpentry
• Minimum of three years’ relevant  experience

• Project Management certification (desirable)
