FINANCE MANAGER

Responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, as well as development, implementation and execution of internal control policies and procedures.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

• Manage and execute when needed, all accounting operations including Billings, A/R, A/P, G/L , Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Responsible for overseeing and executing, when necessary, all aspects of Payroll
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly Management Accounts
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support and execute when needed month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local Government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage a team of staff to ensure the timeliness and integrity of information generated.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring company’s policies and procedures relating to checks and balances on various cycles of work within the organization.
• Identifies internal control weaknesses, risk exposures and other unsatisfactory conditions such as lack of paperwork/supporting documents, lack of analysis of reports, expenditures, cost over runs, etc
• Any other duties to support the accounting and financial needs of the Company
