Experienced Customer Service Agents Needed

We are seeking Customer Service Agents for our inbound programs.

Support Services Group is looking for customer service representatives to join our team in our Kingston, Jamaica office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Must-Have:

• Previous Customer Service Experience: > 1 year
• Sales Experience > 1 year
• Call Centre Experience: 1 year+
• Customer Service Experience: 1 year+
• 3-5 Secondary School Qualifications, including English Language and a Numeric Subject.
