Job Description:
To drive the company’s vehicle over established routes to deliver Ramsaran’s Dairy Products’ drinks.

The driver is also responsible for ;

-ensuring that his truck is loaded with the same amount of goods that is recorded on file before leaving compound to carry out daily sales

- taking orders from customers

- making bills for all goods sold and ensuring that customer agrees to receiving amount of goods on bill by signing bill

- collecting payments from customers

-reconciling daily sales at end of work day

-repaying all sales shortages

- ensuring that all customer orders are filled correctly

- overseeing an accompanying delivery person and ensuring that he delivers the customers’ orders which must agree to the respective bills

-communicating all complaints to management and resolving customer complaints regarding goods and services

-maintaining strong customer relationships

-maintaining complete customer data ( name of customer, address, contact information etc)

-informing all customers of new products and price changes

-retaining existing customers and securing new customers

-issuing  sales promotion material to customers when available

-ensuring that company’s truck is kept clean and properly secured while on the job

-other duties to be discussed with management

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

Requirements:

-A recent Police certificate of good character (3 months) – NOT the receipt

-Two (2) references (NOT from family members)
At least one reference should be from last place of employment

-Resume showing employment history ,educational qualification etc

-Originals and copies of all certificates

-Minimum educational requirements - Maths and English (grade 3 and above)

-Two (2) passport sized photos

-Preferably over 25 years of age

-Copies of National ID and Drivers Permit

- 8” steel toe safety boots

-NIS # and Bank account #
