Disbursement Officer - Retail Loans

JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Retail Loan-Disbursement Officer. Retail Loan-Disbursement Officer is responsible for providing the disbursement of retail loans in accordance with the conditions of approval.

JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Retail Loan-Disbursement Officer. Retail Loan-Disbursement Officer is responsible for providing the disbursement of retail loans in accordance with the conditions of approval.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Control

-Prepare supporting documents to facilitate the disbursement process. 

-Obtain instructions to disburse.

 -Ensure that all conditions of approval are satisfied prior to disbursement.

-Ensure that all security documents have been executed and are in order.

-Ensure that savings accounts when required related to the transactions are active.

-Accurately prepare disbursement documents to support disbursement of loan in keeping with approved loan terms.

-Submit loan documents for sign-off in keeping with established SLAs and protocol.

-Advise Supervisor of any non-conformance issues.

Communication with Loan Officer

-Liaise with Loan Officers/ Brokers and advise of loan disbursement details once loan proceeds are wired or lodged and/or cheques drawn.

-Upload all (including emails) communication in respect to the disbursement process to electronic and physical files -whenever physical files are available.

Posting to Banking System

-Accurately post retail loans for loans paid within the day by the end of day.

-All required fields to be updated on Phoenix.

-Auto Transfer where required to be established correctly.

-Loans to be tied to special Rims where required.

 -Assist in meeting disbursement targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

−Bsc. in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing.

−Two (2) years  working experience.

−In-depth knowledge of loan processing and banking operations.
