As a Digital Product Officer with JN Money Services Ltd., you will oversee the lifecycle of digital products, from conception to launch, ensuring they meet market needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Vision
    • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for digital products aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Regularly update product strategies based on market and business changes.

How Success Will Be Measured:

      • Develop a comprehensive product strategy document within the first three months.
      • Update and communicate the product strategy quarterly to all relevant stakeholders.

 

  1. Product Development and Management
    • Define product requirements and create roadmaps.
    • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create detailed product specifications.
    • Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.

How Success Will Be Measured:

      • Deliver initial product requirements and roadmap within the first 60 days.
      • Maintain an updated roadmap, adjusting for changes in priorities and feedback.
      • Achieve an 80% or higher on-time delivery rate for development milestones.
      • Maintain product quality with a defect rate of less than 2% post-launch.

 

  1. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
    • Ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.

How Success Will Be Measured:

      • Conduct bi-weekly stakeholder meetings to review progress and gather feedback.
      • Achieve a stakeholder satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 or higher in quarterly surveys.

 

  1. User Experience and Customer Feedback
    • Implement mechanisms to gather customer feedback continuously.
    • Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

How Success Will Be Measured:

      • Conduct monthly user feedback sessions or surveys.
      • Implement at least two major user-requested features or improvements per quarter.

 

  1. Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Regularly report on product performance and suggest actionable improvements.

How Success Will Be Measured:

      • Develop a KPI dashboard within the first 90 days.

 

  1. Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

How Success Will Be Measured:

      • Propose and implement at least one innovative feature or improvement every quarter.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
