He/She will be responsible for participating in and overseeing project initiatives from inception, planning, execution, monitoring, through to completion, as well as ensuring ongoing support and continuous improvement.
DevOps Programme Coordinator
A team of dedicated professionals manages these projects, and as the business seeks to deliver effective solutions for internal and external stakeholders, it is the responsibility of the Programme Coordinator, in collaboration with their supervisor and colleagues, to drive the planning, implementation, testing, acceptance, management, and administration of these solutions with best practices in mind.
Core Functions:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations.
- Develop and track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and next steps.
- Develop KPIs for app development and other IT projects.
- Coordinate feature and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with fellow IT Department members to deliver and improve services.
- Meet regular deadlines for projects and monthly activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and solve needs.
- Participate in response to application issues and client requests, through and with IT personnel.
- Work directly with assigned supervisor or designate.
- 5 Years of programming OR 2 years' experience as a Team Lead or Product Manager.
- Experience working with a Project Management framework would be an asset.
- Exceptional, consistent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous planning and execution of tasks.
- Foresight of needs and solutions that will support diverse business objectives.
- Systematic/framework organizational methodologies.
- Ability to readily converse regarding diverse technological disciplines.
- Self-sufficiency toward personal development in fields of technology and programme management as needed for the job.
