Delivery & Support Administrative Senior Officer (K-JESS)

The Administrative Officer will provide high-level administrative support by supporting University Talent Acquisition (UTA) team members on Avature with a primary focus on import processing for high-volume recruiting.

Overview of the opportunity:

The Administrative Officer will support an environment that is high volume and fast-paced, handling confidential information.  S/he will provide high-level administrative support by supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) team members on Avature (primary system) as well as several ancillary systems (Salary.com, Shaker, External Salary Tool). Primary focus of the role includes researching reported system issues, handling administrative requests on behalf of users, and answering system use questions. The Administrative Officer will spend the majority of his/her day working within TA systems (Avature, Salary.com, External Salary Tool), ServiceNow Case Management, and Microsoft Excel.

The position will be assigned to our rapidly growing KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (K-JESS) team, which provides services to a major client in the United States.
