The Data Centre Specialist is responsible for research, design, engineering, and implementation of all TSTT's Data Centre(s) IT Environments and Virtual Infrastructure throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
This function is required to ensure the 99.998% availability of TSTT's Data Centres and Virtual Infrastructure in alignment with the TIA -942A certification and Data Centre Services customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
The Data Centre Specialist conducts research, develop, implement and maintain Data Centres cloud-related products & services for corporate customers based on their demands and aligned to TSTT's goal of "entrenchment" with these customers. These services may include Saas {Software as a Service, laaS {Infrastructure as a Service} Baas {Backups as a Service} and managed private clouds.
