Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Be the Hero: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently via phone, chat, and email. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) they rely on!

  • Communicate with Clarity: Share your expertise and information clearly in all written and verbal interactions. Your words will make a difference!

  • Team Up: Collaborate with your awesome teammates and managers to provide seamless customer service that keeps our customers smiling.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluency in English: You should be a pro in both spoken and written communication.

  • BPO Experience: At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry or call center environment.

  • Communication Skills: Clear communication and excellent grammar are a must—let your writing shine!

  • Support Skills: Ability to handle voice, email support, and live chat like a champ.

  • Problem Solver: You’ve got great problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Self-Motivated: You’re dedicated, self-driven, and ready to tackle any challenge.

  • People Person: You bring a friendly, approachable vibe that makes customers feel valued.

  • Availability: Ready to work between the hours of 7 AM to 10 PM JA, any day of the week—including weekends and public holidays!

  • Tech Savvy: Must have a stable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps) and a noise-canceling headset to keep distractions at bay.
