A Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, provides product info, and ensures satisfaction through phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and accurate records. WE ARE RECRUITING FOR HYLINE LABEL COMPANY LTD.

Role Description:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Representative
• Process customer orders
• Follow up on orders with the Production Department

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
• Prior experience in an office setting (an asset)
• Proximity to El Socorro (an asset)
