Position: Commercial Collection Specialist
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of call center experience, preferably in sales
Accent-neutral with excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation abilities and goal-driven mindset
Proficient with PCs and attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
