Client Support Officer

Open to Residents of Trinidad/Guyana/Canada only. 

 

Role Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move materials, ensuring accurate inventory management, and preparing items for shipment. Additionally, this role involves performing routine equipment checks and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized communication.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies to expand our client base and increase business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, nurture prospects, and facilitate the conversion process.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and consultations, ensuring smooth scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, correspondence, and service agreements.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports to support client meetings and projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and prompt resolution of client inquiries.

 

Social Media Support:

  • Contribute to the creation and scheduling of compelling social media content across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for client inquiries, comments, and messages, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Engage with followers, clients, and industry influencers to foster brand awareness and cultivate positive relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in client relations, lead generation, customer service, or administration is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service to clients and contributing to team success.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenging situations with professionalism and resilience.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accommodate client needs or special events.
