CLAIMS ASSOCIATE

Reporting to the Claims Unit Leader, the incumbent will be expected to process claims, evaluate and adjust claims reserves whilst liaising with stakeholders and building customer relationships.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and organized individual, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. At minimum, applicants should possess the following:

• Pursuing a First Degree in Business Management or a related field
• Diploma in Insurance
• Three (3) years’ experience in a general insurance environment
• General knowledge on insurance law and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
