About the Role:
We are seeking a mature, professional, and motivated Call Centre Agent for a contract position with a leading international IT company. In this role, you will focus on making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and ensure their resolution. If you have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a background in computers, we invite you to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on open issues and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all follow-up actions are logged appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Utilize computer systems to access customer information and update case statuses.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on all resolutions and follow-up actions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Mature and professional demeanor with experience in customer service or call centre roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including data entry and navigation of software.
  • IT background or familiarity with computer systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in an outbound call centre or customer follow-up role.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
