To provide in house customer service, issue invoices as well as provide general office assistance.

 

 

Providing in house customer service

  • Telephone reception - receiving incoming calls and responding to the needs of customers
  • Following up with orders
  • Preparation of invoices 
  • Data entry
  • Recording of transactions
  • Filing

Other Requirements:

Computer literacy in word and excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in Peach Tree Accounting Software would be an asset

 

Remuneration: Short term contract -One year
