The incumbent will align the company’s employer branding across all channels, implementing changes outlined by HR and Head Office. They will provide administrative support, assist with business development activities, digital marketing, and contribute to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for collating content (written, images etc.) for the regular update of the Bryden pi Limited Website.
  • Responsible for executing the strategies for social media presence for Bryden pi Limited and the MD by developing content calendars, posting regular content and engaging on the platform.
  • Collect divisional and company information needed to populate group-wide publications such as newsletters and quarterly reviews to share with Group Corporate Communications team.
  • Work with the BD Team, HR and Head Office teams to help craft and share company communications.
  • Update all on-site branding by liaising with brand teams to arrange artwork, suppliers for printing and install and catalogue images in shared drive.
  • Craft communications using Canva to produce company-wide designs for internal circulation and internal employer branding.
  • Assist with digital marketing strategy implementation by activating owned campaigns in email marketing platforms.
  • Assist with the implementation of online customer service processes to ensure positive and consistent user experiences through new software.
  • Maintain the files of company digital assets such as ads, designs and other documents as necessary for archival referencing.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update databases, SMARTSHEET and other tools to track business development activities and supplier pools. Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for analysis and reporting.
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.

 

Qualification, Experience and Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • A minimum of two (2) years similar experience in a similar environment
  • Proficient in social media platforms: e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • Must provide a valid Police Certificate of Good Character
