Tara Courier Services Ltd., a leading provider of courier services in Jamaica is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee their Montego Bay operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and staff
• Ensure all courier routes are covered daily
• Oversee the completion of operational and cashiering reports
• Maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in logistics management
• At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Commitment to flexible working hours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in the courier or transportation industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
