We are seeking to identify suitable candidates to fill the role of Bill Payment and Financial Services CSR.

BILL PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL SERVICES CSR 

We are seeking to identify suitable candidates to fill the role of Bill Payment and Financial Services CSR. The ideal candidates possess the qualifications and skills below. 

The role is responsible for providing quaity service to all customers transacting bill payments or any other financial service provided by the company. While adhering to and maintaining all policies and procedures, regarding the day-to-day operations of the business. 

  

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensures all cash, and any other monetary and non-cash items are properly reconciled each day.
  • Ensures proper issuing and handling financial transactions according to company standards.
  • Delivers quality customer service and maintain adequate knowledge of all products and services.
  • Submits excess and unfit cash to supervisor/vault as required.
  • Ensures that currency received is authentic.
  • Provides feedback to Branch Supervisor/Manager on all relevant matters.
  • Ensures that all relevant POCA reports are completed and submit to Compliance Department.
  • Performs any other job-related duties which may be assigned by Supervisor.

 

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field
  • One (1) year working experience in a similar capacity, experience woking in the finanacial services industry (a plus) 
  • AML training a plus (will be provided)
  • Microsoft suite skills including Excel and Word 
  • Positive and enthusiastic work attitude 
  • Excellent customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & capbable of working with stringent guildlines
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
