Bilingual Collections Agent

We are looking for Bilingual Collections Agents with the right to work in Jamaica. The Bilingual Agent must be able to fluently speak Spanish and English and must be able to meet and exceed daily collections targets.

# BILINGUAL AGENTS (SPANISH AND ENGLISH)

• BILINGUAL Collections Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year COLLECTIONS experience.
• Must speak SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent in Mircosoft Office 
• Strong organizational skills

Other Required Skills and Specialized Techniques:

• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments    
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills; Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Excellent organizing and time management skills
• Must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult customers  

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math, and English
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• 2 years experience working in the same capacity
