We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs.


Resposibilities

  • General Office Management
  • Maintain Filing and Records Management system
  • Administrative duties relating to Production
  • Develop, implement and manage weekly production schedule
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and exit procedures for employees
  • Manage employee relations
  • Provide Accounting and Clerical Support to the Accounting team
  • Assist in managing customer interactions and service quality

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Business Administration Certification
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Writing Skills
