Accounts Receivables Supervisor

Mother’s Food Group is seeking a suitably qualified individual for appointment to the position of Accounts Receivables Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Monthly Balance/ Expense Schedules and Reconciliations.
• Preparation of Sales Reps weekly commission summary for payroll processing.
• Conduct spot checks and stock count at different locations as assigned.
• Preparation of Invoices for all Non-Trade Receivables.
• Preparation and distribution of Sales Invoices.
• Daily supervision of Receivables Clerk.
• Reconcile and review for posting all invoices in AR module.
• Import and export invoices between accounting software.

Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies:

• 5 C.X.C. subjects including Mathematics and English Language; currently pursuing or already acquired a Degree in Business Studies or ACCA Level 1
• 3 years experience as a Senior Accounting Clerk or Supervisory management experience
• Working knowledge of SAGE 300
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with all levels
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
• Integrity and balanced judgement
• Confidentiality
