The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in audits. The Accounting Officer will work closely with the Cheif Executive Officer to ensure proper budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the annual audit process by preparing required documentation.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Must be knowledgeable in using Quickbooks.
  • 2-3 years experience
