ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position Requirements below:
-Answer and direct phone calls.
-Organize and schedule appointments
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-Responsibility for client invoice generation
-Coordinate with company accountant on accounting matters
-Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Qualifications
-minimum three years experience in similar capacity
-Computer literate including Microsoft office
-At least 5 CSEC/CAPE (must include math and English)
