Technical Support Chat Agents Needed (Daytime and Overnight)

The Associate will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. The Technical Support Associate is required to use expertise, passion and creativity to meet the needs of our customers.

Conduent is currently sourcing candidates to join our Technical Support Team (Daytime and Overnight) that will be based in Kingston Onsite. Please note that the requirements for the roles varies and has been listed below for you to review. 

LOCATION : RKA Building-5th Floor,  10-16 Grenada Way, New Kingston . 

Requirements for Technical Support Position ( BASED IN KINGSTON)

1.  Valid ID
2.  NIS
3.  TRN
4.  4 CXCS including English ( Must have Original Proof of Qualifications / CXC Certificate)
5.  Birth Certificate 
6.  Updated Resume (hardcopy)
7.  Fully flexible to work any 5 days of the week including weekends and public holidays
8. Must complete the mandatory online assessment HERE . It can only be completed by using a computer/desktop/laptop
