The Supply Chain Support Analyst is responsible to support the supply chain core functions such as logistics, warehousing, facilities, fleet and EHS. The analyst will be responsible for providing analytical data in support of the entire supply chain
Ensuring the on-time preparation of reports, capturing and managing trends in the supply chain activities
PO creation, contract requests and follow through
Understanding the necessary customs requirements for imports and exports
Understanding of fleet operations
Coordinates with fleet, facilities, warehousing and EHS the execution of plans
Builds and maintains good communication within the supply chain and Trade Marketing & Distribution team providing timely reports
Maintains good communication with the external suppliers in logistics, fleet, facilities and EHS.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to ensure timely and effective delivery of results.
Be able to work a series of administrative activities within an atmosphere of pressure that requires flexibility in work schedule.
Be able to handle information systems, providing analysis and numbers to support the decision making of different functions within the organization
