We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in the Cayman Islands. Client focused and service oriented, we are looking for someone who is professionally minded, committed, and demonstrates great interpersonal skills.

The Role
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Corporate to deliver industry leading products and services to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the team to unparalleled and excellent client service through our core values: responsiveness, attention to detail, personal service, and reliability
- Plan and monitor the schedule of corporate tasks to ensure all services are delivered with accuracy, timeliness and discipline
- Participate in developing, enhancing and providing technical training - Continuous review of corporate processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies.
- Participate in developing growth strategies and revenue opportunities
- Deliver valuable input during client onboarding
- Pursue an environment of growth for the department, facilitating a nurturing atmosphere of career and personal development
- Manage effective and efficient use of Account Managers time
- Provide input, suggest and execute revisions on new processes and workflows as needed
- Focus on ensuring we maintain operational excellence, and strategic insight
- Vastly knowledgeable and be able to train on all ROC, CIMA, Clerk of Cabinet, Passport Office, DCI and DITC filings with written support
- Liaise with third parties, including auditors, attorneys, investment bankers and onshore trustees
- Ensuring that the book of corporate entities is administered in accordance with their constitutional and other relevant documents
- Collaborate with the Finance and Compliance departments in relation to invoicing and satisfaction of due diligence requirement
- Draft Minutes for the Board Support Services
- Provide periodic reviews of entities where complexities are identified
- Participate and provide input into marketing campaigns and industry articles
- Provide relationship management to other departments, both locally and in locations globally, to leverage the strengths of the group
- Maintain relevant and up-to-date industry, reporting and regulatory knowledge to advise clients, identify external risk and identify new products and services. Review frequently and maintain working knowledge of the provisions of AML regulations, the organization's IT policy and GDPR policies, all of which are relevant to handling the essential functions stated in this job description

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 7 years relevant corporate experience in the Cayman Islands
- Comprehensive understanding of all corporate structures and knowledge of statutory requirements and laws including anti-money laundering regulations required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance or the equivalent preferred AND/OR
- Professional designation of Chartered Secretary (ICSA), STEP or the equivalent desired

Compensation Competitive compensation will be offered based on the successful candidate's relevant experience and overall suitability for the position and will be in the US$90,000 to $120,000 range.
