This position is responsible for delivering world class service to our guests at Dolphin\nCay. Area of responsibilities include, but are not limited to guest check-in (admissions and walk-up \nsales), administration of guest reservations, tours, beach and facility maintenance and services, swim gear

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide tours.
  • Assist in the absence of the Manager where needed.
  • Develops and maintains open and professional lines of communication with the staff.
  • Assist with daily reports and email at the end of the day.
  • Provide world class services at the Atlantis Adventures Desk.
  • Look up orders and fulfill them.
  • Issue Waiver release forms.
  • Collects credit card and cash payments.
  • Check and copy photo ID and for credit card bookings.
  • Completes cash control documentation.
  • Photocopy IDs for resellers.
  • Sorts and balances daily work.
  • Wristband all guest for appropriate program.
  • Secure float/cash deposit at general cashier's office assist where needed and provide support for other areas.
  • Assist with Cruise line concierge.
  • Explain program offering to guests.
  • Independently make decisions on rescheduling.
  • Assist with Photo Prepaid Sales.
  • Assist with Group check-in and special functions.
  • Distribution and collection of swim gear to guests.
  • Assisting guests with lockers.
  • Conduct Guest Exit Surveys.
  • Must demonstrate mature, responsible behavior and be able to take clear directions when working in and around a water environment with marine animals present. Safety is the utmost concern and complacency is not accepted.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School degree required.
  • Previous experience high quality guest service oriented organization.
  • Previous experience with daily resort reception operations, reservation systems, call center operation, and guest service activities preferred.
  • The ability to anticipate and deliver superior guest service.
  • Ability to work outdoors.
  • Must be able to stand for long time periods, and be able to work in inclement weather conditions.
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and planning skills.
  • Proficient in the use of computer software and systems
