Senior Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supervising and leading B2B sales operations in the Eastern Caribbean region, actively participating in the sales process while managing a team.
In this position, your initial priority will be to improve the market approach and tactics, translating them into actionable plans in collaboration with the team. This approach aims to increase sales and foster strong relationships with our B2B clients so set budget and profit targets can be reached.
Moreover, the Senior Account Manager supervises team operations, ensures follow-up on appointments, provides coaching, and monitors progress, all while keeping the main emphasis on exploring new markets.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, and intensifying customer relations and contacts with (potential) customers such as contractors, project developers, and investors within the market area. He/she ensures that within this specific target group Kooyman is “top of mind” when it comes to purchasing building materials and hardware, available from stock as well as on special order.
