To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize the performance of the sales team. Additionally, work with individual hotel teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.
