Job Summary
The Sales & Engagement Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing client engagement, and supporting sales activities to promote Symptai's training offerings and consulting services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is able to work with a number of internal and external stakeholders to drive event attendance. We also expect you to be a driven and motivated with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Training and Engagement
+ Position Symptai’s Data Privacy training offerings at all engagement touch points in Jamaica and the channel (Barbados, Trinidad, Bahamas, Cayman and Bermuda)
+ position all of Symptai Services and solutions towards lead generation targets.
+ Entering training opportunities into Salesforce and generating invoices for each participant ahead of training.
+ Coordinate activities with International Association of Privacy Professionals monthly.
+ Manage participants’ registration with the IAPP and facilitate participants’ access to the member’s portal ahead of training courses.
+ Update IAPP training materials with quarterly updates and refreshed releases via the IAPP Official Training Partner Portal.
+ Maintain up-to date training calendar and work in conjunction with the Marketing team and external partners to ensure alignment around marketing material and publication.
+ Support successful execution of training and engagement events across the Caribbean region including coordinating trainer schedule and communicating with participants ahead of each training.
+ Coordinate and manage in-person training delivery logistics ahead of and on the days of each.
+ Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual delivery of Executive Briefings and Employee Sensitization Sessions (generally via Symptai’s Zoom account)
+ Act as point of contact for feedback and requests and escalate issues as appropriate for training related matters.
+ Identify opportunities to position Symptai consulting engagements to training attendees.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
+ Cold Calls and Lead Generation
+ Responsible for keeping all sales related documentation up to date.
+ Schedule all internal and external meetings
+ Support customer meeting internal prep work (research etc)
+ Support customer satisfaction survey activities.
+ Support client renewal activities (Alessa)
+ Responsible for Client Relationship management System updates
+ Support the completion of client contracts, value propositions and statements of work for new opportunities.
+ Keep all customer accounts up to date with contact and history information.
+ Automate all Birthday & work anniversary communication for key clients.
+ Responsible for campaign mass email to each customer tier (Strategic, targeted & developing)
+ Work with marketing to promote content, webinars etc to sales qualified leads.
+ Support Marketing & CRM integration activities for lead tracking.

Qualifications and Experience
+ BSc Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
+ At least 3 years’ experience in selling IT Solutions
+ Experience working with Senior and C-Suite Executives.
