The Sales Associate is responsible for the strategic growth and development of designated Brands and sales representatives.
Job Description:
Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve the targeted market share, actively contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Employ a consultative sales approach to engage with prospects and clients, making recommendations that align with their needs and preferences.
Conceptualize, present, and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with the company’s annual objectives, ensuring a strong brand presence in the market.
Maintain continuous interaction with all stakeholders, including customers, to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns effectively.
Provide fact-based analytical information to support budgeting, sales initiatives, and strategic growth efforts of the Brand, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the successful execution of tactical and strategic marketing activities, such as promotions, displays, trade shows, and PR initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to the Brand’s corporate identity standards across all Product Centers, Franchises, and Dealer networks, maintaining a consistent brand image.
Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor products and pricing, and regularly update product line information to stay competitive in the market.
Conduct comprehensive sales and product training sessions on the Brands, keeping the team informed and prepared to promote the products effectively.
Maintain responsibility for the timely submission of all reports related to the Brands to Sales Managers and company executives, keeping them informed about performance and market trends.
Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by your management line to ensure the effective operation of the department.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
At least five (5) years’ experience in Marketing and Local Sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft AX.
