Our company is looking for an agile, customer centric, motivated, competent, and committed sales account executive to join our team. You will be responsible for B2B sales activities, maintaining and expanding our customer base by providing superb customer experience to new and prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Achieve sales target and set goals and quotas.
  2. Identify, prospect, lead and convert new accounts.
  3. Build strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, follow-ups and follow-throughs,
  4. Learn and understand all products under the sales portfolio.
  5. Provide professional after-care service.
  6. Liaise and collaborate with various departments, vendors, stakeholders to assure client satisfaction from pre-order to after care service.
  7. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  8. Ensure sales portal and CRM systems are properly used.
  9. Own, manage and drive full sales cycle of company’s portfolio.
  10. Forecast sales activities, revenue pipeline and account status and provide report.
  11. Complete all paperwork and follow established procedures from initiation through to completion of a project – order, credit approvals, payments, artwork approval, production, installation, collection, reporting.
  12. Prepare presentations, estimates, sales contracts.
  13. Any other responsible to assure client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and or marketing
  • 5 years of progressive sales experience, customized product sales an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, time-management, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and fast learner
  • Enthusiastic and passionate sales professional
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Good knowledge of using various CRM, Microsoft Suite and is analytical.
  • Excellent at managing relationships
  • Able to achieve and exceed targets in a face-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Good at prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
