The Company

Royal Castle Limited was incorporated in Trinidad & Tobago in 1968 and has moved from a one (1) restaurant operation at inception, to our present nineteen (19) corporate stores. There are also five (5) Franchise stores in Trinidad & Tobago and the company has also extended to the Caribbean, namely Grenada & Guyana.

Royal Castle Limited is the only indigenous, wholly owned, local fast food chain of restaurants in Trinidad and Tobago.

The Employees

The Company currently employs over three hundred (300) persons in its operations throughout Trinidad in its corporate stores and at our Warehouse where we prepare our own local herbs and spices. All departments including Administration, Restaurant staff, Maintenance, and Warehouse work together to ensure the highest level of operational standards and professionalism while consistently improving our product offering.

The Product

Royal Castle Limited has committed to supporting our local farmers from inception. Local farmers provide us with, chicken from the poultry farmers, fish from the fish farmers, and the herbs and spices that go into our seasonings and our special pepper sauce. We have our “special recipe” which we skillfully put together to get that local flavour that makes Royal Castle “Our Culture, Our Taste”.

Innovation

Royal Castle Limited continues to be recognized as a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry both locally and in the Caribbean. We continue to strive to anticipate our customers’ needs by supplying them with new and innovative menu selections to suit their changing lifestyles. These include healthy choices for the health conscious including rotisserie chicken, fish and chicken sandwiches, vegetable burgers and salads and a wide variety of juices and mineralized and flavoured water.
