Job Summary:
The RM Quality Officer will coordinate and administer the audit, tax, and advisory QP review process. They will perform assigned procedures during all Audit QP reviews. This includes selecting services for review, initiating and tracking communications, following up on information requested from engagement team members, and documenting the status/outcome of reviews.
As an RM Quality Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent project management assistance to the RM Engagement Monitoring and staying up-to-date on applicable independence rules and regulations.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited educational institution, OR equivalent Professional Accreditation.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience; public accounting firm experience preferred.
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Fast learner with ability to understand and grasp new systems/methodologies/technology tools.
- Highly organized; ability to operate efficiently and with limited oversight in a fast-paced work environment with high work volume, and effectively manage the work queue and prioritize according to risk
