Role Description

This is a fixed-term on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Big Chef Steakhouse in Saint Lucia. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members. They will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining food and beverage quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum two years experience in managerial position at a fine dining restaurant or high-end property.
• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team training and development
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have experience working closely with back-of-house and front-of-house
• Must have a passion for delivering high service standards to guests and providing exceptional dining experiences.
