Job Overview:

We are looking for a Resort Manager of our small private island resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in a pristine and exclusive environment. You will report to the Resort General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of resort operations, including accommodations, dining, recreation, and guest services.
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments to provide a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
• Oversee the maintenance of facilities, grounds, and infrastructure to uphold the island's standards of luxury and comfort.
• Foster a culture of personalized service and attention to detail among staff to exceed guest expectations.
• Implement innovative programs and activities to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, striving to continuously improve service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to achieve financial objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices throughout the resort.
• Implement conservation measures to preserve the natural beauty and ecological integrity of the island.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in luxury resort or hospitality operations, preferably in remote or island settings.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Sound financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Willingness to reside on the private island and work in a remote location.

Salary

• US$6,000 monthly
